The kite is completely ready to be flown.

All that needs to be done to fly the kite is for you to charge the battery. When you set up the kite to fly, the battery must be taped with packing tape to keep the battery from falling off.

Fly this kite in 7mph to 19mph constant wind. Do not fly this kite in thunderstorms, near electric power lines, or tall trees buildings. Please fly the kite in an open space like a park, beach, desert, etc… Adult supervision is highly recommended for this kite. Use common sense
